Extremely icy and dangerous bridge and bridge ramp.

The footbridge crossing the river is extremely icy. At one end of the footbridge there is only a ramp - this makes walking up and down it seriously hazardous and dangerous. The only other way to cross the river is to use Folly bridge but walking along the tow path next to the river is also dangerous due to the ice. Thus, it is very difficult to cross the river safely. Please could you grit and salt all areas around the river consistently and ensure this is dealt with immediately in the future to prevent injury.

The actual bridge has still not been deiced making it a dangerous walk across the bridge to make it to town/back. This should be a high priority area to be gritted early in the morning due to the high volume of commuters in this area. This morning I had to try and walk up the icy ramp proving both difficult and dangerous, more salt and grit earlier in the day would be beneficial to the community for our safety
