Street light out side 36-37 Brizewood still not been fixed this was reported on these dates. at 21:52, Mon 13 August 2018. at 20:51, Wed 3 October 2018. at 20:42, Sun 21 October 2018. at 21:17, Wed 7 November 2018. That is over 5 Months ago that this was first reported.

Apologies that this light is still out and i appreciate the frustration in the length of time. We have now changed contractors who are wroking through clearing the backlog of repairs and i will press that this is pushed up the repair list. Sorry that this is still an issue

Ref: 351184 Thank you for your report, this is a duplicate of a open report/telephone call currently awaiting attendance on our management system we will therefore close this fix my street report as a duplicate Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach.

This was fixed last week. Last night 2-4-2019 the Light is now Not Working Again.

Ref: 352126 Thank you for reporting this outage for an Electrical asset maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. Reports of this kind are vital to assist us in keeping the County in light.
We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.
