Branches sticking out from a tree onto the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Good morning, I would like to report these branches sticking out from a tree onto the road on Latimer Road. They have been growing bigger for the past 3 or 4 months and are quite dangerous because this street is not wide enough for two cars to pass each other and when passing a car as a cyclist, there is a risk of injuring one's face with the branches, or worse, especially at night when you can't see them. I believe it is the second or third tree on the left side of the road coming from London Road. Many thanks and best regards,
Council ref: ENQ19824152
