Footpath has been getting worse for last year or so,tree roots and services,now a long standing leak (Thmaes Water repairing now after 5 weeks ) have made problem now hazardous.

I thank you for swift attendance and marking up footway. As previously MD of largest private HighwayMaint, provider to LA inc Oxfordshire I am amazed at what you propose. The repair is inadequate,will cause more local failure and is poor use of money. Please rectify properly I would be happy to meet an Inspector to assist him.

Yes I saw someone outside again today with spray tin who re marked the "area". THis is not acceptable, I will progress with OCC Portfolio holder and others to ensure that the footway is returned to condition which falls within Standards and protects us all from slips and trips as result of cracks and water sitting there due to contours of footway for a length along front of 16 and 163 Oxford Road.
