Broken streetlights. Large spedbump with no reflectors.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
Two street lights next to each other along Roger Dudman way in the area pictured are not working, making the area very dark at night. These lights are adjacent to a very large speed bump. This speed bump has no reflective material on it, unlike the others along this road, making it even more difficult to spot. This is creating a large hazard to cyclists travelling along the road after dark. It caused a friend of mine for fall off her bike and badly injure herself including a trip to A and E and three broken teeth. This is a dangerous situation and should be rectified as soon as possible to prevent further injuries.
