Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Hi, The lighting to the footpath adjacent to dents close was reported not working in early November, but the ticket has been removed from the site. The 3 lamposts from Marsh Lane towards Stockleys Road are still not working (as of last night). Footpath is very dark.

Many thanks for the report , i just want to check we have the right location , please see map attached. Unfortunately we havent any lighting on our asset system so might be that the location isnt adopted by OCC. Could you identify the location on the map and we will check out the ownership

Hi, Thanks for coming back to me. Your map shows the footpath between Marsh Lane and Stockleys Road. In between the lamp posts indicated as 013 and 006 on the foot path (marked 'path' on the map) There are 3 more lamp posts these are all out of order at the moment. I hope that helps, Best, Matt Blurton.

Hi Matt Many thanks for coming back, it could be that these are privately owned as they arent on our asset system, there are private lights in this area. I will however send an inspector to check these over to see what they are and see if we can identify the owner for repair, thanks for the help and sorry for the outage

Hi, Nothing seems to have happened yet on this one yet, first reported early November 2018. Took a photo to show that they are County Council lights, the effected are numbers 1,2 & 3. Thanks.

Unfortunately these lights are not owned/maintained/adopted by Oxfordshire County Council street lighting team. They are private lights that may have been incorrectly labelled. Apologies we will ask our inspector to remove the labels
State changed to: not the council's responsibility
