We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land maintainable by an adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. You can access the land registry at: https://www.gov.uk/ search-property-information-land-registry at a cost of £7 to find details of the adjacent landowner to peruse your enquiry. You are also within your common law rights as a landowner to cut any overhanging vegetation back to the boundary line of your property.
Many Thanks For your enquiry.
