Two streetlights, one by the road and one inside nearer the houses, are not working on the attached photo they are the ones on the opposite side of the road. Difficult to see on the pic unfortunately. It’s been like this about a week or two. Thank you!

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • Hi,

Thanks for coming back so quickly on this.

I believe it is 007 which is out. It's the one with the 'Humps for 1330 yds' sign attached to it which you can just make out in the blurry photo I attached originally - the smaller light behind it must be a private one...

    Really appreciate your help.

  • Ref: 349877 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
