Unsafe pavements causing falls

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 08:57, Tuesday 15 January 2019

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Two problem areas along sloped pathway from Between Towns Road to Templar's Retail Park. At the top, there are gaps and a hole in the entrance to the slope. I fell full length (nothing hurt other than dignity!) But at 69 I was lucky. Yesterday I observed two incidents at the bottom of the slope, one with a child on a scooter who also fell, and another with a baby buggy which tipped. These were along the section near the big bin, by the railing. Here, the paving slabs have become uneven. Both areas are extremely busy and it's hard to look at the pavement whilst negotiating the busy pedestrian traffic.
