Overgrown willow tree hanging low over pavement/road hazard to pedestrians/cyclists also fouling street light and telephone wires

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 11:46, Sunday 13 January 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

This tree causes a dark spot as it covers street light. Hazard to pedestrians and cyclists having to step/manoeuvre out into roadway to avoid the trailing branches. Branches catch lorries and vans when passing oncoming traffic as they cannot avoid. This hazard will become more of a problem as spring approaches and the tree comes into leaf. This tree is opposite the pond in Station rd Launton
