Updates

  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

    State changed to: Action scheduled

  • The lights are outside 9 Kendal Crescent, the Doctors Surgery. We rent the property from the Council.

    Thanks, Dr Matthew Cheetham

  • Ref: 349809/349810 - we have logged this as unit no 3A and 13A as per the map as these are opposite no 9. If it is lights that are attached to the building these may belong to the property department and not street lighting Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
