The reasons that you have cited is not part of the City Council's tree management policy. Honeydew is a naturally occurring substance and whilst it can be annoying, we do not have any legal responsibility to take action over this.
Street trees maintained by ODS are inspected every three years as part of a cyclical ward survey, and this will next be inspected as part of the scheduled ward cycle.
