Ref: 349688 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The second light in Eastchurch towards Lenthall Road is working perfectly well it is just obscured by the unmanaged vegetation around it making a dark spot when walking down to the village from the bus at the Oval. I'm not sure who is responsible for maintaining the verge which is increasingly overgrown by self seeded sycamores in particular.

Ref: 355324 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
