3' long holes in road and footpath. Kerb stones dislodged

Worsening holes developing in road and footpath next to drains, both sides of Brook St at the very busy junction of Counching St, due to traffic mounting the pavements. Please could they be fixed as soon as possible, so as to prevent surface water buildup and prevent trip hazards. Thank you.
