Overgrown hedging creating footpath obstruction.

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 10:50, Thursday 10 January 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

Hedges to the front of properties along the Oxford Rd between Farmfield Rd & Horton View junctions are protruding into the pedestrian pavements making the paths narrow which forces pedestrians to have to walk on the grass (mud at this time of the year). Other householders are respectful & keep their hedges trimmed back to their boundaries.
