Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 12:26, Wednesday 9 January 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

There is a fallen dead tree leaning against lamp post No3 on the bridle path (Footpath 215/8) between Barton and Sandhills which is only prevented from falling by excessive ivy growth. The ivy growth is inhibiting light from the lamp lighting the footpath. This problem has been reported before without any action being taken.
