2 street lamps are not working (T3 and T5)

On the footpath/cyclepath that runs from Peregrine Way behind Hawksmead towards langford fields, two street lamps are not working. They have T3 and T5 on them. This has been since mid December 2018.

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • Ref: 348164 Thank you for your report, this is a duplicate of a report/telephone call already logged on our management system for attendance and we will therefore close this fix my street report. Faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

  • T3 + T4 NOT WORKING, I REPORTED T3 ON NOVEMBER 17th .. how can you justify this terrible service? That alleyway is now partly pitch black, I hope for the council's sake no one gets attacked.
