There are two street lights not working on Sandringham Road by the footpath crossing the grassed area between the entrance of Saxons Way and St Hildas Close.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

The two street lights which are not working are no 25 and no 26 facing Sandringham Road.

Ref: 349610 Thank you for confirming; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
