B4009 Junction with M40 London Bound is very dangerous and has inadequated signage/road markings

I regularly drive along B4009 past J6 and the junction with the London bound slip road is very dangerous. A few months ago I was travelling along the B4009 towards Lewknor. As I passed this junction a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction was turning right onto the M40 sliproad. Instead of waiting for me to pass they drove straight at me and I had to swerve onto the grass verge in order to avoid a dangerous collision. Over the last few years there have been many accidents at this same location. In the last 4 months I have seen fresh vehicle debris at the junction 3 times including recently when the police were in attendance with 2 vans badly smashed up. The road signage and marking is totally inadequate and changes need to be made to reduce further accidents. At the Oxford bound junction there is a luminous sign that forces vehicles to stop before turning right but this is missing on the London bound junction. Please can this issue be assessed as it is really not safe and people will continue to have accidents and injuries as a result.

Over a month ago, on the B4009 Junction with M40 slip road, there was a serious road traffic accident. The car wreckage (bumpers etc) has still not been cleared away.

This report was submitted about a dangerous junction and inadequate signage. I assume that Biffa cannot assist with this ? Incidentally, the latest wreckage has now been cleared but the junction remains dangerous. So please advise ?
