The last three lamppost are not working and as the junction is now very busy due to the new McDonald's it is very dark and dangerous entering or leaving our drive

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately the unit(s) you are referring to are not owned or maintained by Oxfordshire County Council, these are private lights that would be the responsibility of the developer/landowner whom you would need to contact direct.
Unfortunately we do not keep records of private units. Please accept our apologies as we cannot assist any further on this occasion.

This case was being handled by our MP Victoria Prentice whom I e mailed on the 26/3/2019 saying that the lights where working for the first time in years ....this lasted two days. We are now heading for winter again and again last night had a very near miss because they are still not working

Ref:00359935 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

It is now the 25th November 2019 and the lights are still not working there is now one on the roundabout that is not working also. wen is going to be looked into?????????????

Hi Many thanks for your report, i have forwarded this onto Highway Englands as they own and maintain these lights. I have asked them to look into the issue and rectify.
