Street light not working
Ref: 349457 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

The light was on temporarily earlier so not sure if attempted fix have been made. But still not working.

Please fix this light, reported on January 2nd. My elderly father slipped on the kerb because it’s pitch black outside.

Thank you for your report, this unit was attended to on the 27 February and a new LED lamp was fitted, can you please confirm if this new unit is still not working as of today. Thank you

Ref; 351690 As a new LED unit was fitted on this unit we were awaiting confirmation that this unit was still not working (unit 2 outside house 67). As you have now confirmed this is the case we have raised a fault for our contractors to re-attend

The light seems to work for about 1/2 hour then switch’s off.
