First street light in Alleyway Conduit Lane between Mill Street and Clover Place is not working as an area where the pathway is very uneven and very dark at night. Please repair as a matter of urgency, thanks, Caroline

This light is still not working, from about 2 weeks ago. It is a very dark, secluded alleyway and should be lit. However, please could you replace with a subtle bulb, and reflect back or blackout on the side nearest the house, as before, as this light is immediately outside a bedroom window.

Thank you for your enquiry, could you please advise using the attached map the unit number you are referring to as I believe the fault may have been logged incorrectly. Thank you

The street lamp is exactly as I first described it. When leaving Mill Street to walk up Conduit Lane towards Clover Place and the car park it is the first light you come to in Conduit Lane on the right by the wall adjoining houses in Acre End Close - hence the comment from one of them about obscuring the back of the light to avoid shining in their bedroom. Note that Conduit Lane is a pedestrian alleyway and marked clearly with its name. The marker on the map is in the right place. Thanks, Caroline
