  • Many thanks for passing these through to us, unfortunately the issue here is a cable fault. The service cable is owned by SSE so we have to rely on SSE timescales. We have recently held meetings with SSE to ensure their backlog of outages are rectifed. Apologies these are out and hopefully will be rectified very shortly
