Good afternoon Thank you for your report, this is on our management system for attendance and we will attend as soon as possible. We do have a new contractor who is still currently covering emergencies only, however when they are fully up and running they will be back to completeting jobs within a timescale.

Hi there. I reported this light being out in December 2018 and we are now half way through February 2019 and it’s still not fixed. Without the street lamp working the cul-de-sac is in complete darkness at night which is a safety issue. It’s not safe to walk without the street being lit, and people’s cars and properties in the street are vulnerable when it’s this dark. Please could you treat this as an emergency and fix the light? All the residents would appreciate it. Thank you.

Thank you for your report, this is an open fault on our management system, we have recently appointed a new term time contractor who is currently in the process of attending and repairing the outstanding faults left from the transition from the previous contractor. They are working on an area based approach and will attend as soon as possible.
