Damage to track

Reported via iOS in the Countryside Paths / Public Rights of Way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 15:47, Sun 30 December 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

Local builder keeps tipping waste building gravel rubble onto track then trying to level out with digger but causing more damage to the track as more deep pot Holes appear, also noticed he has been using his digger to dig out the railway bank to try and drain the water away but all it has done is collect water and made a muddy mess We walk the track most days and use to be fine but since this local builder ( if that’s what you call him) has been messing about with the track it’s now a mess and is dangerous for pets and kids on bikes as vehicles are travelling the track more often and faster especially when the holes have been filled. Damage of the track has caused vehicles to start driving on land owners grass verge making that a mess
