Please install street lighting at the car park entrance of Goldsmiths Lane Car Park

My mother who is elderly lives at Barnaby Court, Wallingford, Oxfordshire and tripped near the entrance of Goldsmiths Lane Car Park. Please can more lighting be installed by the entrance of the car park near Goldsmith's Lane. There are several tripping hazards.
