Inadequate lighting for pedestrian crossing by McDonald’s / Tesco.

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • Many thanks for sending this through , unfortunately the area requested is not public highway and would be the responsibility of Tesco or the land owner to update. Apologies we cannot assist further at this location

  • The council gave the planning permission so why did you not make sure you included a proper pedestrian crossing with signage and lights? This is an accident waiting to happen.
