Misleading Road markings

I've noticed the road markings have been changed recently entering the roundabout from Bloxham heading toward banbury. Both lanes entering the roundabout have directional arrows suggesting you can both go straight ahead, but there is only one lane exiting the roundabout into Banbury, it is not possible for both cars to safely exit the roundabout together. I use the roundabout daily, exiting from parsons piece, & turning right onto the Bloxham Road. Everyday for the past few weeks I've had to use my horn to alert drivers entering the roundabout from Bloxhamheading into banbury to give way, as they cannot possibley join the round about & us both be able to exit as I move from the inside lane to the outside lane to take the exit. This by no exaguration is a daily occorance!!! It won't be long before there is an accident due to the poor road markings. The two lanes exiting the roundabout leaving banbury heading towards bloxham are sensible & should be replicated on the other side. The left had lane should signal left & straight ahead, with the right hand lane signaling right turner's only.
