Street Lights No 4 & No 10 are not working

These lights are on a dark public footpath, along a stream. No 4 hasn't worked for up to 2 months. No 10. is on some days and not on others. No 10 was reported as faulty in the summer of 2018.

Fault Ref : 00349284 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Street light 3 along alleyway back of Thistlecroft Close still not working although glass has been changed.

Ref: 00355969 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
