Extensive damage to A4130 verge following tree maintenance

Extensive and costly damage has been done to the verge of the A4130 during some tree maintenance works. Kerbs have had their brace broken and been damaged in several locations. In addition the topsoil from the verge has been pushed onto to road blocking the drainage kerbs and producing associated hazards to road users. The costs of repairs and cleaning kerbs including TM, will far exceed the cost of completing the tree maintenance. If this cost cannot be placed on a contractor it will be a significant waste of government/council funds. Please rectify and also improve planning of these works.
