Broken double yellow lines the length of Pusey Lane

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 08:43, Wed 19 December 2018

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

There are garages down one side of Pusey Lane and broken double yellow lines the length of most of the street which traffic wardens have said they cannot enforce. It's a longstanding problem and it's getting worse. Most days there are cars and vans parked illegally in the street which regularly affect garage users. Quite often access to our garage is blocked. Yesterday I had to wait for an hour and twenty minutes for someone to move an unmarked van which was parked directly in front of our and our neighbour's garage doors. The Council are losing a lot of money in terms of potential parking fines here. I have complained about this to the County Council before and I know that others have too. Please can you repaint the markings? Thank you very much.
