Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Trees in the old ironstone path way are now extremely over grown and are now grown over on my property roof at 20 Daimler Ave. On windy days the trees are moving and causes noise in my house. If let they could cause roof and tile damage especially now winter approaching. These trees have been marked for cutting over a year ago but not yet been removed.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely maintainable by the District Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 227 001.
