Single yellow lines painted but previously were double and no parking sign reinstaedreinstated

Parking restriction lines at end of Nursery Drive going into Foundry Street. Thank you for repainting lines but originals were double yellow. Also the sign has not been reinstated. Cars are still parking there in the daytime
