Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

Ref: 349155/349156/349157 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Hi there I'd like to ask about any update , when those lights will be working , it's nearly one month later and still do not working, please it's really important for us like for other people living around, and also can someone fix parking ground lights behind my flat (I'm from 7 Fulwell Close) that's very dangerous because this light is on the path to back door from corridor, I atached photo, thank you very much. Regards

Thank you for your report, the lights you are referring to are not owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council, we assumed the original report was advising of street lighting units that were out. The lights are private lights and would be the responsibility of the land owner/developer to resolve, unfortunately we do not hold records of private lights
