This drain has a history of problems - the weight of traffic leads to perennial damage. Currently it is 'pivoting' and there is a hole in the road which will escalate exponentially (follows same pattern each time) it is a danger to motor and peddle cycles in particular.

The problem has got worse. The drain will collapse. It always does.
