Cul-de-sac sign still obscured.

Cul-de-sac sign on corner of Clive Road and Lawrence Road is still covered by tall hedging. A cursory clip appears to have been attempted but the sign is still difficult to see. Cars are ignoring it and exiting Clive Road at speed through a gap in the bollards (currently being attended to) and over the pavement. When the bollards are replaced, cars will no doubt attempt to turn at speed once more on finding the exit blocked.
