Street light shines directly into bedroom window

Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 12:45, Mon 10 December 2018

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

The street light outside 1a Downside is set to burn all night and shines directly into the upstairs bedroom window, disturbing sleep.

Is it possible to either add a deflector so that it doesn't shine towards the house, or to change the lighting up time so that it is off during sleeping hours. This might help with the Oxfordshire County Council's Carbon Action Plan too!

Thanks.
