It is located on the footpath between 1George Street OX26 2EB & The Bicester School. The path that runs from George Street to Kings end. It's the lamp closest to George Street end. It's hazardous as the footpath is very uneven and injury is likely to occur in the dark.

Fault ref: 00348862 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

This light has still not been fixed almost two months. Not only is it a trip hazzard it is a place where muggings could take place due to the darkness

We did attend this unit on the 11 January 2018, using the attached map can you please advise the unit number you are referring to so that we can ensure we are logging and attending the correct unit. Thank you

Going by your map I would guess that it is 004 although that is showing as the far end of my garden and the light is closer to the house end of the footpath. It's still broken and I am not sure what relevance your attendance 1 year ago is to how things are now, unless you put an incorrect year. Thank you

Thank you for confirming the unit no, this is now logged on our managment system.(Ref: 350413 Apologies for the incorrect date advised, this was meant to read 11 January 2019, however I do believe there has been an error in the unit that has been attended
