Zebra Crossing Limborough Rd: please upgrade beacons

This is another lethal zebra crossing, cars frequenty fail to stop, in their rush to get to the shops.

Can the yellow belisha beacon lights please be upgraded to have the ring of yellow LED lights, which will make them much easier to see.
