Fault Ref: 00348858 Thank you for your report; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Thank you for your report, the 24hr emergency attendance would not include this unit as it is a general fault. Currently faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.

Here we are on the 14th of Jan. 2019. The light still hasn't been fixed! Has it been forgotten or are you trying to save electricity? Although we must respect the Christmas break it is still over five weeks since this fault was first reported. Why ask for reports if nothing is done?
