Many thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has been passed to SSE as the reason for the fault is an issue with the service cable which SSE own, They have a reference number of Ref: EV1265, they have a backlog at present but are working to clear all of their servcie faults. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
