There is a trench across the road from a drain, which has sunk, and is very dangerous. It has been marked with yellow paint, from your department, but still is dangerous.

It has been marked with yellow paint. You have to drive over it on the other side of the road. This was marked in July, when you closed the A361, when you resurfaced the A361, out of wardington. This will cause, serious damage to a vehicle. Even a temporary repair would be better than the state it's in now.

  • As your not going to do anything...I will be taking legal action against your department if my vehicle is damaged. Why was it marked with yellow paint when you had the road closed in July? Or is it the correct case, that you are not willing to patch the trench/drain, as HS2 are upgrading this road?
