Missing 'left turn' sign
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 10:08, Thu 6 December 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Several accidents have occurred at this junction over the last few years, as it's blind to the South West when turning FROM the Little Compton Road. The warning 'left turn' sign that was there about four years ago seems to have disappeared. However, any replacement, possibly needs to say that a vehicle could be in the road when they come along, as motorists do tear a long it, as it's a bit of a rat run. A mirror reflecting traffic from the South West would also be useful facing the Little Compton Road as this really is a 'do or die' junction. The problem is intensified when the hedge/grass verge needs cutting.
