Street light not working

The street light outside Rachel house and opposite the driveway to Calthorpe Manor in Dashwood Road Banbury is not working causing a real problem to turn into the driveway. Light has been out for approx. 2 weeks
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.
Many thanks for sedning this through, i believe this was recently attended by Western Power Distribution to reconnect a service cable, i will chase and see what the issue is, if it turns out to be a lantern fault i will raise a job for our contractors, many thanks for bringing this to our attention

Many thanks for sending through and sorry in the delays , there is a fault on the system which i will chase our contractors to repair as soon as they can, apologies for all inconvenience with this outage.

It has been over three months since the faulty light was reported. Kindly expedite the corrective actions.

Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach.
