  • Ref: 348739 Thank you for your report; unfortunately we are only able to attend structural and electrical emergencies as a priority at the current time. All our electricity supply are un-metered therefore whether it is operational or not we will be paying the same amount for the consumed. Obviously we do like to get these repaired to save energy, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach
