Street light removed and not replaced
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 12:04, Tue 4 December 2018
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
A few weeks ago the street light was removed from this corner due to work at entrance to building site Cherwell Rise and has not been replaced. This corner is now very dark and dangerous for pedestrians and road users.
At the last meeting of Tackley Parish Council 07.01.19 it was reported that this light has still not been replaced. The Council has asked me to enquire when it will be repaired.

The attached photographs were taken at the exit from the Barwood homes site in Tackley at 425pm on Friday 25th January.
This is how Rousham road was left! It is dangerous for pedestrians, children, and all vehicles in winter conditions particularly bikes. I am disgusted and effected by this and want something done about it. Otherwise I will be reporting this to the HSE and Oxford mail.
Enough is enough. They are clearly ignoring any advice they are being given and are going to cause a serious accident.
Already reported to WODC !
I want this road cleaned up and left clean no excuses.

This streetlight is still not replaced and now the one adjacent is not working. It is very dangerous, It is a blind bend with no lighting or signage to say a sharp bend. The road is covered in mud and you are unable to see the bend until you get close which could cause cars to slip and slide.

This streetlight has still not been replaced. The bend is blind and sharp with trees and access to a farm track. A few night ago I was out walking my dog. The pavement on the bend is lowered on both sides a car came down the road and drove over the pavement as you can not tell it is a pavement due to lack of lighting and markings. This is a danger to the public !!
