Street light No.134/14s is not working on the corner of Ploughly road and A41. This was working until recently and aids in turning onto ploughly road. You claim that they are not owned or maintained by Oxfordshire County Council but the responsibility of the developer/landowner ? This cannot be possible as the lamppost stands alone away from any industrial units and has several road traffic sign posts attached that belong to the council so i find it strange that it would belong to a land owner/developer.
