Contractor traffic lights not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The temporary traffic lights used by the contractor building houses here are repeatedly not working. The lights are red both ways and means that cars are having to make decisions to go regardless leading to cars heading towards each other and delays. Contractors acted like they didn’t care.

Lights also not working correctly this morning. If the contractor cannot supply working lights they should not be allowed to put up traffic lights on the public highway.
