Damaged gully drain

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

The main storm drain in the gutter. Is severely damaged and there is loose debris from the amount of traffic going over it.

  • This is still not fixed and is getting worse.

  • The repair has been carried out. However the iron drain badly damaged. If a small person stepped on it their foot would fall through it.

  • Thank you for your report. Unfortunately it's not suitable for immediate repair but we have forwarded it to our Asset Renewals Team who will consider it when planning their future works. I will request a gully team to attend.

  • The fault is getting worse the gully drain is now knocking when buses and other vehicles go over it. And it’s also damaged and blocked. How is this not suitable for repair.
