This has not been resolved. I appreciate that the dip in road just north of this, level with the traffic lights has been resolved, but I think this corner of the junction is even worse as just as you cross over to the south side there is a huge hole on the corner that cars swerve around to avoid as the front left wheel sinks right into it. I assume this hole formed because of the heavy busses approaching from Horspath Road, turning left onto Hollow way.

Thank you for updating this issue. I can confirm that this has now been inspected and the issue has been found to be the responsibility of Thames Water. We have reported the sunken cover to them on reference: CRN144544, you can contact them directly by ringing - 0800 316 9800.
